We are devoted to offering both functional and strength training to guarantee the success of our clientele. Functional training is the engagement in exercises that mimic or recreate everyday movement;  lifting, squatting, jumping, twisting, pulling, pushing, punching and kicking. These types of exercises typically involve the full use of your body and multiple muscle groups. Functional training is what builds and sculpts lean, functional muscle for everyday use.  

Strength training is a type of physical exercise specializing in the use of resistance to induce muscular contraction which builds the strength, anaerobic endurance, and size of skeletal muscles. Strength training can increase bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis and help to manage your weight. Strength training can help you manage or lose weight by increasing your metabolism, which helps you burn more calories at rest.
